Role Summary
We're looking for Sales Trainees who are extremely customer-centric and are excited by challenges. We are looking out for candidates who can handle pressure, work in a highly competitive culture and take full accountability for their work.
We will be hiring candidates as Sales Trainees initially. Based on their performance, which will be evaluated over 3 months, the sales trainees shall be converted into the full-time role of an admission counsellor. We will evaluate them based on their communication skills, ability to learn and most importantly ability to achieve target numbers.
Stipend during training (per month): INR 25000/-
CTC post successful completion of training: 4 LPA (fixed) + 4 LPA (incentives)
Roles & Responsibilities
The role would require you to contact potential customers via phone call, building rapport using interpersonal skills, pitch the product, negotiate, close the sales and post-sales relationship management.
Maintaining a detailed database on the CRM of all the interactions with the leads to optimize lead closure.
Must be comfortable in dialling 100 calls and ensuring a minimum of 2 hours of talk time per day. This is a premium entry-level job. The candidate’s goal must be to build the pipeline to close with the sales cycle.
Must-Have: Excellent and Effective communication skills, highly energetic and enthusiastic, Good interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy
Good to have: Familiar with Sales Management software and CRM.
