The task is to create an API &ldquo;answer/submit&rdquo; so that users can submit the answers to different questions.

Create a table called ANSWER having the following columns - answer_id, question_id, answer_description, submitted_by, creation_date, last_update_date.

The API should take an Answer object as the input.

&nbsp;

Validate the user_id and throw an error if user_id is not valid or not exists.

&nbsp;

Create an entry in the ANSWER table to mimic successful submission of the answer.

&nbsp;

A user can submit only one answer for a given question, apply validation for the same and throw an error if the user tries to submit another answer for the same question.

&nbsp;

Also increase the popularity count by 1 in the QUESTION table.
